Thank you for shopping with MJR Crafted. Below you’ll find important information about how and when your order ships.


Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. This allows us to ensure quality, consistency, and careful finishing on every item we ship.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • This includes printing, post-processing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Please note that processing times may increase slightly during high-volume periods or sales.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on the best available option for your order and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors provided by the customer


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, MJR Crafted is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available.
If available:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary significantly by country
