Return & Refund Policy – MJR Crafted

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Many of our products are made to order using 3D printing. Minor surface texture, layer lines, and slight color variations are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at mjrprintstudio@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (when applicable)

🚫 Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

Include clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund (when appropriate)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of 3D printing, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (including names, sizes, colors, text, or modifications)

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, heat exposure, improper installation, or modification

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a return:

  1. Complete the approved return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest fulfillment.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Custom or personalized 3D-printed items are exempt from the EU cooling-off period, as permitted by EU consumer law

Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds
